Crystal Sugar:

Crystallized form of sugar, made to be generally used in food industry (beverages, cookies, candy, chocolate, yogurt and ice cream). It is made out of sugarcane juice.

Sifted Crystal sugar (30/60 grain):

Granulated sugar with finer crystals. It is mostly used by powdered juice manufacturers.

VHP sugar:

It is used as raw material on refineries and is the most exported kind of sugar from Brazil.
